The American have repeatedly people told Barack Obama “no amnesty for illegal aliens,” but apparently, the word “no” makes Barack Obama very angry. Like a spoiled child, he’s drawn a line in the sand: Congress doesn’t tell him what to do and the American people most certainly don’t tell him what to do.

He is selling America to illegal aliens by buying Hispanic votes with amnesty in the 2012 election. This man is single-handedly destroying the heart of America. Our nation is being given to illegal aliens and opportunistic Muslims who are trying to Islamify our nation through the complete incompetence of one man, Barack Obama. Not sure if you are aware of this but Muslims are claiming they do not have to participate in the Obamacare’s individual mandate forcing citizens to buy insurance. Muslims claims that insurance is a form of gambling and Muslims are prohibted from any form of usery. Just one more special treatment that Obama will give to the Muslims.

As you already know, the Obama Administration just proclaimed that it will NOT enforce our nation’s immigration laws. A proclamation that Brewer calls a “backdoor amnesty for hundreds of thousands — if not millions — of illegal aliens.”

But there’s nothing “backdoor” about Obama’s dictatorial refusal to enforce our nation’s laws. His latest action is a flagrant and overt usurpation of authority and power. The Constitution is very clear. Congress (the legislative branch) MAKES the laws. The executive branch ENFORCES the laws. Presidents do not effectively make laws by executive fiat simply by cherry-picking which laws shall be enforced and which laws shall not.

Brewer is right. It’s time to send Barack Obama a not-so-subtle message. He is not a king… Obama is not a dictator. And Congressman Lamar Smith has already stepped forward to help patriotic Americans do just that.

Smith has introduced the HALT Act (H.R.2497), responsible legislation that will stop Barack Obama’s amnesty power grab dead in its tracks and our elected officials in Congress need to hear from you right now. Passing Smith’s HALT Act must be priority number one. And with your help, we’re going to make that happen, right here and right now.

Is Obama Shredding The Constitution?

Congressman Allen West says yes. West told NewsMax.com: “I think he absolutely is, I think he’s shredding his responsibilities as the president, and his respect and regard of the Constitution.”

And just in case you’re thinking that Local 2544 of the National Border Council is overstating the point, consider the following statistics from an FBI study:
83% of warrants for murder in Phoenix are for illegal aliens.
86% of warrants for murder in Albuquerque are for illegal aliens.
75% of those on the most wanted list in Los Angeles, Phoenix and Albuquerque are illegal aliens.
53% plus of all investigated burglaries reported in California, New Mexico, Nevada, Arizona and Texas are perpetrated by illegal aliens.

There’s more, but you should get the picture. Immigration made America into the great nation that it is today. Almost every man, woman and child in the United States today has an ancestor who came to our shores for the opportunity to breath the air of freedom.

And while it may not be politically correct to say so, when you don’t have a sound immigration policy and allow hordes of unidentified people to sneak across the border, the bad will come along with the good.

And according to NewsMax.com, West is also calling “for a congressional investigation into the administration action.”

But Obama’s egregious actions transcend the immigration debate. According to many, his de-facto dictatorial decrees are an abuse of power and a clear and present threat to our Constitution and our Republic.

Hans von Spakovsky with the Heritage Foundation writes: “When President Obama was inaugurated, he swore an oath to ‘preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States.’ Article II, Section 3 directs the President to ‘take Care that the Laws be faithfully executed.’ Unfortunately, in what has become an all too common occurrence in this administration, Obama is once again bending that oath to the breaking point by specifically not taking care that immigration laws passed by Congress are faithfully executed.”

He adds: “But this is also another example of the contempt that the President has for the separation of powers embedded in our Constitution. … His assigned duty under the Constitution is to enforce the laws passed by Congress – not to act as a super legislator who implements his own laws when a particular bill he supports fails to pass in Congress. More than a flagrant abuse of the doctrine of ‘prosecutorial discretion,’ it amounts to lawlessness.”

“The President has an obligation to enforce the immigration laws passed by Congress. He does not have the authority to ignore a comprehensive federal law that he knows is constitutional. In fact, this new policy not only ignores the law, it puts the federal government in the position of helping individuals violate federal law and avoid the sanctions that Congress provided. The President has no authority to provide a general amnesty – yet he (and his administration) act as if they are the law.”

Congressman Smith calls it an abuse of power as well: “What really needs to be stopped is the Obama administration’s attempt to implement a backdoor amnesty. Although Congress has defeated amnesty for illegal immigrants several times in recent years, this has not stopped President Obama and his administration from abusing executive branch authority to allow illegal immigrants to remain in the United States.”

And Matthew Vadum writes in The American Spectator: “In a constitutional republic like the United States of America, the chief executive dare not admit that he is usurping the power of the legislative branch. So Obama’s instrumentalities must maintain the fiction that he is not implementing the DREAM Act by executive fiat.”

But Obama IS implementing amnesty by executive fiat. And if patriotic Americans like us don’t stand up, the only things that will become “fiction” are the ideas that we are a free people and no one man is above the law. Obama’s lawless abuses of authority must stop today.
